ibakepro engages the following sub-processors to provide its bakery management platform. This list is maintained as part of our Data Processing Addendum and is provided for transparency to all customers, including those subject to the EU / UK GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Payment gateways the bakery chooses for accepting payments from their own customers (Stripe, PayPal, Square), and accounting integrations the bakery chooses to connect (e.g. Xero), act as independent controllers (or the bakery's own processors) for the data the bakery pushes to them. These third parties are not engaged by ibakepro as sub-processors. Customers configure and authorise these connections from within the ibakepro dashboard, and may disconnect them at any time.
ibakepro will provide at least 30 days' prior notice of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor by email or in-app notice. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. If we cannot accommodate the objection, the customer may terminate the affected portion of the Service for convenience and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees.
